Application: This series is specially designed for the pressing and forming process of powder products.
Structure & Versatility: Diverse frame structures (four-column, two-column, single-column), tonnage range from 6-4000 tons (customizable for special requirements).
Control & Operation: Complete control functions (manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic) with imported PLC + touch screen. Pressing tonnage, speed, stroke, time, pressure and demoulding mode can be adjusted according to user needs.
Process Flexibility: Rich pressing processes with adjustable pre-pressing function, floating function, two-way pressing and floating pressing optional. Equipped with hydraulic, friction, mechanical floating random equipment, and safety protection.
Precision & Stability: Pressing precision is stable, controlled by travel switch, mechanical limit switch, grating ruler limit, with pressing precision up to 0.05mm. Supports up to three upper and four lower step forming processes, compatible with corresponding mold bases.
