This series of products is suitable for the pressing process of various plastic materials, such as stamping, bending, flanging and so on. It can also be used for press forming of calibration, press fitting, grinding wheel forming, plastic products, rubber products and powder products.
The main engine of this series adopts three-beam four-column oil circuit; the hydraulic system adopts the plug-in valve oil circuit; the electrical system adopts relays or PLC control circuit, with adjustment and semi-automatic operation mode. The whole machine has simple structure, good quality, reasonable economy and reliable action. Long service life, small hydraulic impact force, reduced working pressure, pressing speed and stroke range of connecting series and products can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process requirements. The pressing process can be realized by adjusting and fixing the pressure and fixed range in the specified range. During constant pressure forming, the ejector is holding delay and an automatic return. There is a die ejector device installed in the middle of the workbench. In addition to the ejector product, it can also be used as a hydraulic pad for forming the stretched parts.
