• FEA-Optimized 600mm Wide Bed: The machine bed is cast from premium resin-sand iron and scientifically reinforced with Pi-shaped internal ribbing via Advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEA). The massive 600mm wide guideways are induction-hardened and precision-ground for unparalleled rigidity and wear resistance. An optimized 35° internal slanted structure ensures smooth, gravity-assisted chip evacuation.
• 3-Point Supported Heavy-Duty Spindle: The headstock is engineered with a high-rigidity 3-point spindle support system (front and rear primary supports, plus a supplementary middle support) utilizing top-tier precision bearings. Driven by high-frequency quenched and ground gears, it delivers exceptional low-speed torque, low noise, and high transmission accuracy.
