• Massive 755mm FEA-Optimized Bed: The machine bed is crafted from premium resin-sand castings and scientifically reinforced with Pi-shaped internal ribbing via Advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEA). With an extra-wide 755mm span and induction-hardened, precision-ground guideways, it offers unparalleled vibration damping and resistance to section distortion. A 45° slanted rear structure ensures effortless, gravity-assisted chip evacuation.
• 3-Point Supported Heavy-Duty Spindle: The headstock is engineered with a high-rigidity 3-point spindle support system (front, rear, and supplementary middle support). Paired with top-tier spindle bearings and high-frequency quenched, precision-ground transmission gears, it delivers massive low-speed torque, minimal noise, and utilizes a highly responsive hydraulic braking system.
• Anti-Stick-Slip Carriage & Apron: To eliminate stick-slip (crawling) during heavy feeds, the carriage guideways are lined with high-performance PTFE (Turcite-B) anti-friction belts. The apron features an intuitive 4-way joystick for rapid traverse and longitudinal/cross feeds, protected by an interlocking mechanism and a star-wheel overrunning safety clutch.
