5H Turret Milling Machine

1. Performance Features

1. Compact structure, small footprint and high flexibility. Milling head can swivel 90° left and right, 45° forward and backward. The ram is extendable forward & backward and can rotate 360° horizontally, greatly expanding the effective machining range of the machine tool.
2. The machine base is cast with SC250 cast iron for rigid structure, anti-deformation and excellent stability. The spindle is made of 40Cr alloy steel, quenched & tempered with precision grinding, matched with precision angular contact ball bearings, delivering strong cutting force and outstanding machining accuracy.
3. Tri-axis trapezoidal screw nuts are manufactured from high-grade phosphor bronze (PBC-2), featuring superior wear resistance and long service life.
4. X/Y/Z guide rails are bonded with TURCITE-B wear-resistant strips for smooth operation, low abrasion and long service lifespan.
5. Worktable, saddle, lifting base and column guide surfaces are hardened and precision ground to resist wear effectively.
6. Equipped with upgraded electrical cabinet and control unit.
7. Spindle taper standard: NT40.
