1. Compact structure & small footprint with outstanding flexibility. The milling head can swivel 90° left and right, and tilt 45° forward and backward. The ram features forward/backward extension and 360° horizontal rotation, greatly expanding the machine’s effective processing range.
2. The machine base is cast from SC250 cast iron for rigid construction, anti-deformation performance and stable operation. The spindle is manufactured from 40Cr alloy steel, quenched and tempered, precision ground, and assembled with high-precision angular contact ball bearings, delivering powerful cutting capacity and superior machining accuracy.
3. The 3-axis trapezoidal lead screw nuts are made of premium PBC-2 phosphor bronze, offering excellent wear resistance and extended service life.
4. X/Y/Z guideways are lined with TURCITE-B wear-resistant strips for smooth operation, low abrasion and long service lifespan.
5. Equipped with upgraded electrical cabinet and control unit.
6. Optional spindle tapers: R8, NT30, NT40.
