Product Features

1. Compact structure and small overall size with excellent flexibility. The milling head can swivel 90° left and right and tilt 45° forward and backward. The ram supports forward and backward extension as well as 360° horizontal rotation, which greatly expands the effective machining range of the machine tool.
2. The machine base is made of SC250 cast iron, featuring rigid structure, anti-deformation performance and stable running performance. The spindle is forged from 40Cr alloy steel, processed with quenching & tempering heat treatment and precision grinding, matched with high-precision angular contact ball bearings. It delivers strong cutting force and outstanding machining precision.
3. The trapezoidal lead screw nuts for X/Y/Z three axes are manufactured from premium PBC-2 phosphor bronze, with great wear resistance and long service life.
4. X, Y and Z axis guideways are bonded with TURCITE-B wear-resistant strips for smooth operation, low wear and long service time.
5. Fitted with upgraded electrical cabinet and control unit.
6. Optional spindle tapers: R8, NT30, NT40.
