TPX series DRO horizontal boring milling machine is a robust heavy-duty horizontal boring mill, including TPX6113, TPX6113/2, T(P)X6213, T(P)X6513×2, T(P)X6513×2, designed for precision boring, milling, facing and drilling operations for heavy workpieces.
Built with high rigidity cast iron structure, this horizontal boring mill delivers stable cutting performance for mold, engine block, gearbox, hydraulic part and general heavy machining. The TPX6113 spindle adopts ISO7:24 No.50 taper, max torque up to 3136 N.m, max axial thrust 31360 N, spindle speed range 4-800 r/min, main motor power 15kW. Its facing plate reaches 750mm diameter with speed range 2.5-125 r/min.
Worktable load capacity reaches 8000kg for TPX6113 and 10000kg for TPX6113/2. Wide travel range: X-axis 1600mm, Y-axis 1400mm, Z-axis 2000mm, W-axis 900mm, B-axis full 360° rotary table. Linear measurement accuracy reaches 0.005mm, B-axis reading accuracy up to 0.001mm. Rapid traverse speed X/Y/Z/W up to 2500 mm/min.
Optional models T(P)X6213, T(P)X6513×2 support customized travel according to request. Equipped with DRO digital readout system for convenient manual operation, this horizontal boring machine is widely used in machinery manufacturing, mining equipment, pump & valve, railway part processing.
