• High-Capacity Single & Bundle Cutting Versatility meets heavy-duty performance. The M1-330C handles single bar cutting up to Max. ø330 mm or W330×H330 mm (Min. ø20 mm / W20×H8 mm). For high-volume production, it supports efficient bundle cutting from W160×H20 mm up to W300×H160 mm.
• Smart CNC Control & Photoelectric Protection Equipped with an advanced PLC programmable control system featuring a user-friendly touchscreen and push-button dual-control interface. Operators can seamlessly switch between automatic and manual modes. For enhanced safety, an integrated photoelectric automatic detection system provides immediate blade breakage protection, halting operations instantly if a fault occurs.
• Precision Hydraulic Feeding & Positioning The hydraulic feeding mechanism works in tandem with a high-precision linear scale, allowing a maximum single feed length of 500 mm. With hydraulic stepless speed regulation, the system achieves an outstanding repeat feeding accuracy of ±0.15 mm and a cutting squareness accuracy of 0.2/100 mm.
• Advanced Clamping, Tensioning & Cooling The machine utilizes hydraulic horizontal clamping and hydraulic blade tensioning to prevent blade slippage and ensure precise cuts across 5 adjustable linear speeds (23/36/42/57/72 m/min). It features a large 70L closed hydraulic oil tank and an 80L coolant tank to maintain optimal operating temperatures during prolonged shifts.
• Automated Maintenance & Clean Workspace To maximize uptime, the M1-330C includes an automatic chip removal system combined with an active wire brush for automatic blade cleaning.
