The MFG H-33/60S is a new-generation, semi-automatic horizontal band saw engineered for high-efficiency metal cutting in medium to large industrial enterprises.

Designed with an expansive cutting capacity of up to 330mm in height and 600mm in width, it easily processes wide steel billets, heavy profiles, and a variety of soft and hard ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Manufactured under stringent quality control standards utilizing German management technology, the machine features a vibration-aged structural frame, a hard-chrome-plated double-column guiding system, and a precision-ground worm gear. It delivers reliable cutting precision, reduced blade breakage, and excellent long-term durability for demanding fabrication environments.

Key Features & Engineering Details

• VSR-Treated Heavy Structure: Major structural components, including the machine bed and saw frame, undergo rigorous surface sandblasting and Vibration Stress Relief (VSR) aging. This process effectively eliminates internal welding and casting stresses, ensuring geometric stability and significantly increasing surface paint adhesion for superior rust resistance.
• Precision Double-Column Design: The saw frame is guided by an asymmetrical double-column structure (one large, one small). The column surfaces are coated with hard chrome to provide exceptional wear resistance, prevent rust, and guarantee highly precise vertical lifting movement.
• Precision Ground Worm Gear: The main transmission utilizes a high-efficiency motor paired with a rigorously processed worm gear. The manufacturing process includes material removal, rough machining, quenching, finishing, surface quenching, and final tooth grinding, ensuring smooth, high-torque power transfer.
• 5-Level Speed Regulation: Operators can easily select between five distinct blade speeds via a reliable belt speed regulation system. This allows the machine to achieve the optimal cutting conditions for different material hardness levels, thereby prolonging the life of the saw blade.
• Tungsten Carbide Blade Guiding: The heavy-duty 34 x 1.1 mm band saw blade is strictly guided by a combination of bearings and adjustable tungsten steel (carbide) inserts. The wider 34mm blade enhances the cutting ability for high-hardness alloys and dramatically reduces the risk of blade breakage during operation.
• Hydraulic & Manual Clamping: Workpiece clamping utilizes a highly reliable combination of hydraulic pressure and manual adjustment, ensuring secure material holding while remaining labor-saving and easy to operate.
• Stepless Hydraulic Feed: A centralized hydraulic system allows for stepless speed regulation of the saw frame's downward feed rate, perfectly matching the cutting feed to the material's cross-section.
• Premium Components & Chip Removal: The electrical cabinet utilizes original devices from the Chint Group, while the hydraulic system features high-quality domestic seals for a long, trouble-free service life. A flexible steel wire brush continuously clears iron chips from the blade teeth, extending blade longevity.
• Customizable Material Feeding: The machine can be optionally equipped with electric or passive material feed frames, with lengths and quantities fully customizable based on specific shop floor requirements.
