• Rigid Double-Column Structure: The saw frame's lifting movement is precisely guided by an asymmetrical double-column design. It utilizes a heavy-duty cylindrical main column to bear the primary lifting load and ensure cutting accuracy, supported by a square sub-column equipped with a guiding sleeve to prevent any lateral deviation.
• Stress-Relieved Steel Frame: The foundation of the machine—including the bed foot and the bow-shaped saw frame—is constructed from high-quality welded steel plates. These components undergo strict post-weld aging treatments to eliminate internal stresses, providing exceptional rigidity and vibration absorption during heavy cutting.
• 4-Speed Worm Gear Transmission: The main drive consists of a dedicated main motor and a high-torque worm gearbox. By adjusting the belt on the pulley system, operators can easily switch between four distinct cutting speeds, optimizing the blade's rotational speed for different material hardness levels.
