• Rigid Double-Column Architecture: The saw frame's vertical lifting movement is guided by a heavy-duty cylindrical main column and supported by a square sub-column equipped with a precision guiding sleeve. This structurally advanced dual-column design ensures absolute stability and prevents lateral deviation under heavy cutting loads.
• Stress-Relieved Steel Bed & Frame: The machine's foundation (bed foot) and the bow-shaped saw frame are constructed from premium welded steel plates. These critical components undergo a strict post-weld aging treatment to eliminate internal structural stresses, providing exceptional rigidity and long-term geometric precision.
• 3-Speed Worm Gear Transmission: The main drive system consists of a high-torque main motor and a heavy-duty worm gearbox. By adjusting the V-belt on the pulley system, operators can easily switch between three distinct cutting speeds, optimizing the blade RPM for varying material hardness levels.
• Stepless Hydraulic Feed Regulation: Powered by a centralized, independent hydraulic circuit, the downward feed rate of the saw frame can be regulated steplessly via a highly responsive speed control valve. This allows operators to perfectly match the cutting feed to the material's cross-section.
• Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Clamping: Workpieces are placed on a smooth, flat workbench and secured by a heavy-duty hydraulic vise. The movable jaw is propelled by a hydraulic cylinder along a precision slide groove, completely immobilizing the material during high-torque cutting.
• Tungsten Carbide Blade Guiding: The bi-metal band saw blade is maintained in a strict vertical orientation by a combination of heavy-duty bearings and tungsten steel alloy (carbide) inserts. The guide arm can be manually locked on the crossbeam to achieve the shortest possible distance to the workpiece, maximizing blade rigidity and minimizing twist.
• Integrated Cooling & Chip Sweeping: The plate-welded bed features a built-in coolant pool for continuous blade lubrication and heat dissipation. Simultaneously, a mechanical wire brush sweeping device continuously removes chip accumulation from the blade teeth, significantly extending the service life of the saw band.
