MFG H-70/43S Semi-Automatic Horizontal Band Saw

Heavy-Duty Double-Column Architecture, Stepless Hydraulic Feed & Automated Cycle Return

Product Overview
The MFG H-70/43S is a heavy-duty, semi-automatic horizontal band saw engineered for high-capacity industrial metal fabrication.

Designed specifically to process large metal profiles, heavy solid tubes, steel billets, and mold blanks, this machine is an essential cutting solution for the metallurgy, mining, petroleum, shipbuilding, and automotive industries.

Built upon a robust main and sub-column horizontal structure, it utilizes a narrow-kerf bi-metal band saw blade to maximize material savings and reduce power consumption.

With advanced hydraulic controls and an automated cycle return system, the H-70/43S ensures exceptional cutting precision and operational reliability for large-scale workpiece processing.

Key Features & Engineering Details

  • Rigid Double-Column Architecture: The saw frame is supported by a heavy-duty main column and a secondary sub-column. This highly stable horizontal structure guarantees absolute rigidity and provides sufficient load-bearing margins, eliminating vibration during the sawing of large, dense billets and mold blanks.
  • Centralized Hydraulic System & Clamping: The machine features a comprehensive, independent hydraulic circuit (including tank, motor pump, relief valve, and solenoid directional valves). Workpieces are securely immobilized via a heavy-duty hydraulic vise, ensuring zero material movement during high-torque cutting operations.
  • Stepless Hydraulic Feed Regulation: Through a highly responsive hydraulic speed control valve, operators can achieve stepless, infinite speed regulation of the saw frame's downward feeding rate. This allows for precise adaptation to different material densities and cross-sections, optimizing both cutting speed and blade life.
  • Automated Cycle Management: Controlled by an integrated electrical system, the machine offers a highly efficient semi-automatic workflow. At the exact end of the cutting cycle, the machine automatically shuts off blade rotation, and the saw frame rapidly returns to its pre-set, adjustable home position, minimizing operator intervention and reducing idle time.
  • Precision Carbide Blade Guiding: The bi-metal band saw blade is strictly maintained in a vertical position by a high-precision guide seat structure. It utilizes a combination of rolling bearings and hard alloy (tungsten carbide) guide blocks to dramatically reduce lateral friction and significantly prolong the life of the saw blade.
  • Customizable Industrial Upgrades: To meet highly specialized production requirements, the H-70/43S can be factory-customized with an automatic hydraulic blade tensioning system, a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) for stepless cutting speed control, and an electric material feeder.
