• Extra-Wide Double-Column Architecture: The saw frame is supported by a heavy-duty main column and a secondary sub-column. This highly stable horizontal structure provides exceptional rigidity and sufficient load-bearing margins, eliminating vibration during the sawing of wide, 1050mm heavy plates and billets.
• Stepless Hydraulic Feed Regulation: Through a highly responsive hydraulic speed control valve, operators can achieve infinitely adjustable (stepless) speed regulation of the saw frame's downward feeding rate. This allows for precise adaptation to different material densities and cross-sections.
• Centralized Hydraulic Clamping: Workpieces are securely immobilized via a heavy-duty hydraulic vise system, ensuring zero material movement during high-torque cutting operations across wide cutting spans.
• Automated Cycle Management: Controlled by an integrated electrical system, the machine offers a highly efficient semi-automatic workflow. At the end of the cutting cycle, the machine automatically shuts off blade rotation, and the saw frame rapidly returns to its pre-set, adjustable home position, minimizing operator intervention.
• Precision Carbide Blade Guiding: The bi-metal band saw blade is strictly maintained in a vertical position by a highly precise guide seat structure.
