Manufactured under stringent quality control standards utilizing German management technology, the machine features a vibration-aged structural frame, a hard-chrome-plated double-column guiding system, and a precision-ground worm gear. • VSR-Treated Heavy Structure: Major structural components, including the machine bed and saw frame, undergo rigorous surface sandblasting and Vibration Stress Relief (VSR) aging. This essential process effectively eliminates internal welding and casting stresses, ensuring long-term geometric stability and increasing surface paint adhesion for superior rust resistance.
• Precision Double-Column Design: The saw frame's vertical movement is guided by an asymmetrical double-column structure (one large main column and one smaller sub-column). The column surfaces are coated with hard chrome to provide exceptional wear resistance, prevent rust, and guarantee highly precise lifting movement.
• Precision Ground Worm Gear: The main transmission utilizes a high-efficiency motor paired with a rigorously processed worm gear. The manufacturing process involves strict stages: material removal, rough machining, quenching, finishing, surface quenching, and final tooth grinding, ensuring smooth, high-torque power transfer.

• Tungsten Carbide Blade Guiding: The heavy-duty 34 x 1.1 mm band saw blade is strictly guided by a combination of bearings and adjustable tungsten steel (carbide) inserts. The wider 34mm blade significantly enhances the cutting ability for high-hardness alloys and dramatically reduces the risk of blade breakage.
• Hydraulic & Manual Clamping: Workpiece clamping utilizes a highly reliable combination of hydraulic pressure and manual adjustment, ensuring secure material holding while remaining labor-saving and easy to operate.
