The MFG H-30/38S is a highly rigid, semi-automatic horizontal band saw engineered for high-efficiency metal cutting in medium to large enterprises.

Designed to process steel billets, profiles, and various soft or hard ferrous and non-ferrous metals, it offers a maximum cutting capacity of 330mm in height and 600mm in width.

Manufactured under rigorous quality control standards, the machine features a vibration-aged structural frame, a hard-chrome-plated double-column guiding system, and a 5-level speed regulation drive. It delivers reliable cutting precision, reduced blade breakage, and excellent long-term durability for industrial fabrication.

• VSR-Treated Heavy Structure: The main structural components, including the machine bed and saw frame, undergo rigorous surface sandblasting and Vibration Stress Relief (VSR) aging. This process effectively eliminates internal welding and casting stresses while increasing surface paint adhesion for long-lasting rust protection.
• Precision Double-Column Design: The saw frame is guided by an asymmetrical double-column structure (one large, one small). The column surfaces are coated with hard chrome to provide exceptional wear resistance, rust prevention, and precise lifting movement.
• 5-Level Speed Worm Gear Drive: The main transmission utilizes a high-efficiency motor paired with a rigorously processed worm gear (undergoing material removal, rough machining, quenching, finishing, surface quenching, and tooth grinding). Operators can easily select between five distinct blade speeds via a belt regulation system to match different material hardness levels.
• Hydraulic & Manual Clamping: Workpiece clamping utilizes a reliable combination of hydraulic pressure and manual adjustment, ensuring secure material holding while remaining labor-saving and easy to operate.
• Tungsten Carbide Blade Guiding: The 27x0.9mm band saw blade is strictly guided by a combination of heavy-duty bearings and adjustable tungsten steel (carbide) inserts. The wider 34mm blade enhances the sawing ability of high-hardness alloys and significantly reduces blade breakage.
• Premium Electrical & Hydraulic Systems: The electrical cabinet is built using original devices from the Chint Group, while the main hydraulic system utilizes high-quality domestic seals and components, ensuring a long, trouble-free service life.
• Integrated Blade Maintenance: Equipped with a flexible steel wire brush that continuously clears iron chips from the saw band teeth, effectively prolonging the cutting life of the bi-metal blade.
• Customizable Material Feeding: The machine can be optionally equipped with electric or passive material feed frames, with lengths and quantities customizable based on specific shop floor requirements.
