Built on a highly rigid double-column structure and featuring a bi-metal band saw blade system, the G-60/80S delivers narrow saw kerfs, minimal material waste, and low power consumption. With stepless hydraulic feeding and versatile 3-way clamping, it ensures maximum stability and precision for both single-piece and batch-bundle production.

• Rigid Double-Column Structure: The saw frame lifting mechanism relies on a heavy-duty cylindrical main column for precise vertical movement, supported by a square sub-column with a guiding sleeve. This dual-column design ensures absolute structural stability and cutting accuracy under heavy loads.
• 3-Way Hydraulic Bundle Clamping: The flat workbench is equipped with a primary hydraulic vise. Additionally, the machine features a separable hydraulic upper clamping cylinder (top clamp). This creates a secure 3-way clamping mechanism, completely preventing material loosening and allowing for the simultaneous cutting of multiple or multi-layer workpieces (bundle cutting) to maximize production efficiency.
• Robust Worm Gear Transmission: The main drive consists of a high-torque motor and a worm gearbox. Operators can adjust the V-belt on the pulley system to select from three distinct cutting speeds, easily adapting to different ferrous and non-ferrous material hardness levels.
• Tungsten Carbide Blade Guides: The saw band is strictly guided by heavy-duty bearings combined with tungsten steel alloy (carbide) inserts. This minimizes blade friction and twisting. The guide arm is manually adjustable to stay as close to the workpiece as possible, enhancing blade rigidity and prolonging service life.
• Stepless Hydraulic Feed Regulation: Driven by a centralized hydraulic station, the downward feed speed of the saw frame can be adjusted steplessly via a speed control valve, allowing operators to fine-tune the cutting rate based on material density.
• Stress-Relieved Bed & Frame: The bed foot (with a built-in coolant pool) and the bow-shaped saw frame are constructed from high-quality welded steel plates that undergo strict aging treatments after welding to eliminate internal stresses and ensure long-term geometric precision.
• Integrated Coolant & Sweeping System: An automatic coolant system lubricates and cools the cutting zone, while a dedicated mechanical sweeping device (wire brush) continuously removes chip accumulation from the blade teeth.

Remark: The band saw blade line speed slows down as the width of the material being cut increases.
