The DW38CNC-3A-1S is a heavy-duty full-servo CNC pipe bending machine designed for medium-diameter carbon steel pipe bending. It supports a maximum bending specification of Φ38mm×2mm carbon steel pipes with a maximum bending angle of 190°, delivering powerful and stable forming performance for industrial pipe processing. This upgraded tube bender adopts a 5000w high-power bending servo motor, perfectly meeting the high-rigidity bending requirements of thick-walled and large-diameter steel pipes.

Equipped with full servo control for corner positioning, pipe feeding and bending operations, the machine maintains ultra-high processing accuracy of ±0.1° angular precision and ±0.1mm feeding precision. It features an extended maximum feeding length of 2200mm, supporting longer pipe one-time forming. Both the maximum bending radius and maximum core length can be customized according to customer production demands. The intuitive touch screen CNC control system supports dual coordinate input modes and stores up to 500 sets of processing programs and 50 types of pipe elbow specifications, greatly improving batch production efficiency and equipment versatility.

Integrated with professional springback compensation procedures and data security encryption functions, the equipment ensures consistent bending accuracy and protects core processing data. It is equipped with practical functions including slow bending, slow core pulling and real-time screen error prompts, effectively preventing pipe cracks, wrinkles and deformation.
