The CJM280H is an upgraded high-precision bench lathe based on the CJM280 platform, featuring a ground gear-driven spindle system and single-lever cyclic shifting with in-range speed adjustment. Engineered for precision turning, small batch production, equipment maintenance and vocational training, it delivers an extra-wide speed range of 30–2000 rpm with outstanding low-speed torque for heavy cutting operations.

Equipped with an intuitive digital speed display window, operators can set precise cutting speeds directly within each gear range for optimal surface finish and tool life. It retains the series’ signature widened high-frequency hardened bed ways, automatic longitudinal/cross feeds and full threading capability, making it ideal for applications demanding both flexible speed control and consistent dimensional accuracy.

This model is available in two configurations with 500mm and 750mm maximum distance between centers, suitable for machining steel, aluminum, brass, cast iron and other common metal materials.
