  • Intelligent PLC & Touchscreen Operation: Replaces traditional button controls with an intuitive touchscreen interface. Operators can effortlessly set blade speeds, feeding times, and lengths. The system allows for programming up to 5 different feeding groups simultaneously, maximizing workshop automation.
  • Smart Blade Protection System: Equipped with an automatic feed adjustment device above the guide head. If the feed rate is too aggressive, the system detects the abnormal thrust and automatically reduces the descending speed via a throttle valve. This eliminates tooth stripping on uneven profiles and drastically extends the service life of the bimetallic blade.
  • High-Accuracy Automatic Feeding: The hydraulic feeding vise glides on a circular guide rail, delivering a 300/400 mm single stroke. Governed by a high-precision optical grating ruler, it guarantees a strict feeding tolerance of within ±0.2 mm.
