This brochure contains two categories of drill-mill combination machines:

1. ZX-40 Series Gear Head Auto-Feed Drill Mill: Hardened gear transmission for heavy-duty cutting, split into basic manual feed models and upgraded dual-speed auto-feed models.
2. ZX-32 Series Belt Drive Drill Mill: Low-noise belt pulley transmission, light-medium load machining for small hardware and mold repair work.

1. ZX-40 Gear Head Auto-Feed Series Core Advantages

1. Heavy-duty hardened gear spindle head delivers large torque, ideal for large hole drilling and heavy M24 tapping; B1 upgraded versions support dual-speed motor to expand the spindle speed range.
2. ZX-40BHC/BPC series equipped with independent automatic spindle feed system, three adjustable feed rates (0.12 / 0.18 / 0.25 mm/r), supports manual jog and automatic cycle feed.
3. Thickened φ115 solid column improves overall rigidity, cross T-slot worktable with 500×190 travel, extended large-size worktable optional for oversized fixtures.

2. 12-stage wide spindle speed range (100–2150 r/min), covers high-speed finishing and medium-load hole machining.
3. Adjustable headstock and workbench: The spindle head can lift, lower and horizontally reverse to expand the processing range; integral cast stable frame, effective table working area reaches 585×190 mm.
4. Customizable multi-spindle attachment available for simultaneous multi-hole batch processing; two variants (HC without coolant / PC with coolant pump).
