ZX7045D & ZX7045SD Permanent Magnet Variable Frequency Drill Mill

This drill mill adopts dual permanent magnet variable frequency motors to realize two-gear full stepless spindle speed regulation, integrating drilling, tapping, vertical milling and face milling. Two variants: standard column ZX7045D and tall column ZX7045SD, designed for precision mold, auto parts and metal hardware mass processing.

   Main spindle and feed axis both equipped with permanent magnet variable frequency motors, two independent speed zones: low-speed heavy cutting 50–250rpm, high-speed finishing 250–2000rpm. No gear shifting interruption, smooth torque output across full speed range.
2. Wide Infinitely Variable Automatic Feed
   90W dedicated feed motor provides stepless feed speed from 20 to 203 mm/min, freely adjustable to match tapping, drilling and milling different metal materials. Spindle travel supports manual jog and automatic cycle feed.
3. Strong Comprehensive Machining Capacity
   Max drilling φ45 cast iron / φ32 steel, max tapping M24, vertical milling diameter up to φ28. Standard MT4/R8 spindle taper compatible with all common tool holders.
4. Large T-slot Cross Worktable
   Standard 730×210 worktable with 500×190 travel; extended size 820×240 table and 560×190 travel are optional for oversized fixture clamping. Base supports optional 40W coolant pump for circulating cutting fluid.
5. Two Column Height Options

• ZX7045D: Standard short column model, compact packing size 108×92×124cm, suitable for regular height workpieces and small workshop layout.
• ZX7045SD: Extended tall column version, larger vertical clearance for tall long workpieces.
