Product Introduction: ZS-32 & ZS-40 Series Belt Drive Drilling & Tapping Machine

This series belt-type drill & tap machine adopts silent belt pulley transmission, integrates drilling, reaming and tapping functions, divided into ZS-40 heavy-duty tapping model and ZS-32 universal light-duty model, with short base and tall column cross-table versions for selection. Multi-spindle attachment can be customized for mass multi-hole processing.

1. Low Noise Belt Drive Spindle Head
   Belt transmission design greatly reduces running noise, suitable for drilling, reaming and tapping of all common soft & hard metal materials. Two speed configurations: ZS-40 with 6 fixed gear speeds, ZS-32 with 12 wide variable speeds from 100–2150rpm.
2. Adjustable Headstock & Worktable
   Spindle head and cross worktable can lift freely; the head can also horizontally reverse to expand processing range. The cast machine body is stable and rigid, standard worktable effective area reaches 540×470mm with 515mm travel stroke.
3. Two Column Height Versions

• Standard short base type (ZS-40/ZS-40P): Compact overall height 1400–1450mm, no cross worktable, for small short workpieces tapping & drilling.
• Tall column cross-table type (ZS-40HS/ZS-40PS / ZS-32HS/ZS-32PS): Equipped with large T-slot cross table, larger vertical clearance for tall shaft and casting parts.

1. Differentiated Machining Capacity

• ZS-40 series: Heavy tapping performance, max tapping M32 cast iron / M24 steel, MT4 spindle taper, 750W base motor for heavy load.
• ZS-32 series: Universal light-duty processing, max drilling 31.5mm, max tapping M20 cast iron / M16 steel, MT3 spindle taper, 1100/1500W high-power motor for continuous production.

1. Flexible Power Supply Choice
   Single-phase motor for small workshops without industrial three-phase power; three-phase motor for factory long-hour batch production. Custom multi-spindle fixture available for simultaneous multi-hole drilling & tapping.
