Independent 300W feed motor realizes auto spindle down-feed with 3 adjustable feed rates (0.12/0.18/0.25mm/r). Spindle travel supports manual jog and automatic cycle, two speed gear sets (6 single /12 dual speed) cover wide rotation range 95–3200r/min. - Powerful Integrated Machining Capacity
Max drilling φ45 cast iron / φ32 steel, max tapping M24, vertical milling diameter up to φ28, standard MT4/R8 spindle taper fits all common tool holders. - Optional Auxiliary Configuration
40W coolant pump can be equipped for cutting fluid circulation; single-phase 1100W or three-phase 1500W main motor for different factory power supply.
Model Differentiation
- ZX7040B/B1: Standard column universal model, compact overall height 1100mm, light weight 340kg, cost-effective for general small batch processing.
- ZX7045B/B1: Enhanced milling model, larger vertical milling diameter φ28, stable heavy cutting performance.
- ZX7045SB/SB1: Extra tall column version, total height 1310mm, larger vertical machining space for tall workpieces, heavier weight 405kg for higher rigidity.
