It can adjust the cutting angle, tooth shape and tooth depth of saw teeth according to different chip removal requirements, easily grinding out ultra-sharp saw blades.

Applicable saw blade materials for grinding: HSS high-speed steel saw blades, flying saw (manganese steel Mn) saw blades.

Compatible saw blade outer diameter: 60-350MM.

Supports grinding of multiple tooth shapes, including left-right teeth, triangular teeth, high-low teeth.

The grinding time of the saw blade can be quickly adjusted to meet different cutting demands.

The machine head can be freely adjusted upward or downward, and chamfering can be finished without replacing the grinding wheel.

Tungsten carbide sheet is welded at the end of the mechanical feeding pusher claw to reduce wear. The optimally designed push arm ensures accurate and in-place feeding.

With strict production quality control, only routine maintenance is required to maintain long-term grinding precision.
