• Rocker Mechanism & 6-Speed Ram: The main transmission utilizes a motor-driven gearbox coupled with a rocker mechanism, delivering stable reciprocating motion to the ram across 6 selectable speed changes. The guide rail gaps on the bed are easily adjustable via insert strips to maintain strict cutting precision.
• Rotary Turntable & Tool Holder: The front end of the ram is equipped with a specialized tool holder and a rotary turntable. The tool holder feeds along its slide, while the turntable can be rotated to specific angles, making it highly effective for planing inclined surfaces and dovetails.
• 12-Speed Mechanical Feed: The crossbeam and workbench support both manual and mechanical feeding in the horizontal and vertical directions. The mechanical feed offers 12 precise rates, and the feed amount can be seamlessly adjusted during active operation via a handle.
• Enhanced Worktable Stability: To ensure rigidity during heavy material removal, the front end of the workbench is physically supported. Additionally, the guide rail gaps of the beam and the workbench can be fine-tuned using box strips.
• Integrated Quick-Stop Brake: The main drive movement is equipped with a highly responsive mechanical brake. A single centralized control handle manages the start, stop, and rapid braking of the machine tool, allowing the ram to halt exactly at the required position.
