The 2M9120 multi-purpose grinding machine integrates the performance of universal cylindrical grinding machine and universal tool grinding machine in one unit.
It achieves high-precision grinding for internal/external cylindrical parts, conical workpieces, planes, vertical surfaces, inclined surfaces and grooves. The machine is widely applicable for sharpening various standard cutting tools including milling cutters, reamers, gear shaper cutters, turning tools and planer tools. Equipped with professional special accessories, it can also process straight groove gear hobs, drills and other complex workpieces.
Ideal for tool workshops, equipment maintenance workshops, scientific research institutions as well as small and medium-sized machinery factories. The grinding wheel spindle features stable operation and convenient adjustment. The worktable supports hydraulic automatic reciprocating movement, and adopts innovative manual hydraulic follow-up control structure, ensuring flexible, labor-saving and lightweight operation experience.
