• Rigid Scissor-Type Architecture: The saw utilizes a bow-shaped, scissor-type pivot structure. The saw frame and the box-structure steel base are welded with reinforced ribbing and undergo rigorous Vibration Stress Relief (VSR) treatments. This critical process eliminates internal welding stresses and prevents long-term deformation, ensuring lifelong structural stability.
• Hydraulic Material Feeding Table: The high-quality steel worktable features 4 integrated guide rollers and operates along base-mounted guide rails. Driven by a dedicated hydraulic cylinder, the table automatically advances and retracts to realize smooth material feeding and withdrawing, drastically reducing operator fatigue when handling heavy forgings.
• 3-Speed Worm Gear Transmission: The main drive system consists of a main motor, belt pulleys, and a fixed worm gearbox. Through a two-stage speed change mechanism, driving force is transferred to the drive wheel, allowing operators to select from three distinct blade speeds to perfectly match varying metal hardness levels.
• Precision Blade Guiding: The guiding device features movable left and right guide arms mounted on a dovetail crossbeam. To reduce vibration and ensure the blade remains perpendicular to the table, the arms utilize a combination of rolling bearings and wear-resistant guide blocks. The back of the saw blade is further supported by a double-bearing structure to withstand heavy cutting forces.
• Hydraulic Vise with Safety Interlocks: Workpieces are secured using a side-down hydraulic vise system capable of clamping materials as small as 10mm. Powered by an independent electrical control cabinet, the machine features a strict safety interlock system: the saw blade cannot engage or begin its downward feed unless the main vise is fully and securely clamped.
• Manual Blade Tensioning: A reliable manual tensioning mechanism (comprising a tensioning seat, slider, and lead screw) controls the driven wheel. Operators easily set the optimal working tension by rotating the tensioning handle clockwise, ensuring sufficient friction between the blade and the wheel rim.
• Independent Hydraulics & Coolant System: A centralized cooling pump continuously delivers emulsion coolant directly to the guide arms, preventing blade overheating and surface rust while washing away chips. The hydraulic system is powered by an independent station utilizing premium domestic pumps and solenoid valves for reliable lifting, clamping, and feeding operations.
