Key Features & Advanced Engineering

• Rotary Angle Miter Cutting: Designed specifically to handle complex structural steel and profiles. The rotary capability allows the machine to execute precise angled (miter) cuts easily, eliminating the need to physically reposition long, cumbersome materials on the shop floor.
• Rigid Scissor-Type Bow Frame: The bow-shaped saw frame and base are constructed from high-quality welded steel plates. Both undergo rigorous Vibrational Stress Relief (VSR) to completely eliminate internal welding stresses. This ensures the scissor mechanism maintains absolute structural stability and precision over decades of heavy use.
• Hydraulic Material Feed & Clamping: The heavy-duty worktable glides on precision guide rails and is pushed forward/backward by a dedicated hydraulic cylinder, effortlessly managing material feed and withdrawal. The side-clamping vise is also hydraulically actuated, securely locking workpieces as small as 10mm in diameter.
• 3-Speed Worm Gear Transmission: The main drive force is seamlessly transferred via a main motor, belt pulley, and a heavy-duty worm gear box. This provides three distinct blade running speeds, allowing operators to match the exact cutting speed required for various ferrous metals and alloys.
• Precision Dovetail Blade Guiding: To eliminate blade vibration and ensure a perfectly perpendicular cut, the guide arms move along a rigid dovetail slide. The blade is supported by a dual-system: high-precision rolling bearings and wear-resistant carbide guide blocks, keeping the cut straight and true.
• Integrated Cooling & Safety Systems: A centralized coolant pump delivers water-soluble coolant directly to the guide arms, dramatically extending blade life and preventing surface rust. A separate, isolated electrical cabinet features strict safety interlocks—ensuring the saw blade absolutely cannot engage unless the hydraulic vise is fully clamped.
