• VSR-Treated Dual-Column Frame: The bow-shaped saw frame is constructed from premium welded steel plate. It undergoes strict Vibrational Stress Relief (VSR) to redistribute and eliminate internal welding stresses, ensuring absolute structural stability and preventing frame distortion during heavy cutting cycles.
• 60° Rotary Miter Cutting: The machine head is designed to rotate up to 60°, allowing operators to execute precise angled cuts without the need to physically reposition long, heavy workpieces on the shop floor.
• Friction-Free Hydraulic Clamping: Workpiece clamping is managed by a hydraulic automatic vise system (featuring fixed and movable jaws). During the material feeding action, the movable vise intelligently loosens to completely avoid friction with the workpiece, improving feeding accuracy and protecting material surface finishes.
• Stepless Worm Gear Transmission: The main drive utilizes a direct-connected motor, belt wheel, and worm gear box. This system provides smooth, stepless speed regulation, enabling operators to achieve the exact band saw blade line speed required for different metal densities.
• Carbide Blade Guiding System: The blade is secured by fixed and manually adjustable movable guide arms, locked firmly in place via a dovetail block.
