Built upon a space-saving scissor (pivot) structure, it guarantees exceptional structural reliability, stability, and smooth operation. The machine's heavy-duty steel frame is stress-relieved via vibration aging to completely eliminate welding deformation.

Combining a substantial 280mm (11") cutting capacity, powerful hydraulic vise clamping, and an easy-to-use 0-45° miter rotation system, the CS-280S delivers narrow kerfs, energy savings, and superior sawing accuracy for professional fabrication workshops.

• Space-Saving Scissor Architecture & Miter Cutting: The saw frame features a classic scissor-type lifting mechanism driven by a smooth hydraulic cylinder. The robust steel base allows the entire saw bow to effortlessly rotate from 0° to 45° via a manual screw drive, complete with an alignment scale for highly accurate and repeatable miter cuts without moving heavy materials.
• Advanced Hydraulic Vise Clamping: Workpiece clamping is highly optimized. Operators quickly position the movable vise within 20mm of the material using a manual screw rod, after which a powerful hydraulic cylinder takes over to securely lock the workpiece in place.
• Vibration-Aged Heavy-Duty Saw Frame: The bow-shaped saw frame is constructed from premium welded steel plates and subjected to advanced vibration aging. This redistributes and eliminates internal welding stresses, ensuring zero deformation and lifelong sawing stability.
• Stable Worm Gear & V-Belt Drive: The main drive utilizes a direct-connected worm gearbox for stable, impact-free power transmission. Paired with a step-pulley V-belt system, it offers three distinct cutting speeds (27, 45, 69 m/min) to perfectly match the 2.2kW motor output to different metal hardness levels.
• Precision Carbide Guides & Tensioning: Features both fixed and movable guide arms equipped with hard alloy guides and pre-guide devices. This ensures ultimate blade stability and prolongs the lifespan of the 34mm wide bimetallic blade. Blade tension is easily dialed in using a manual torque wrench.
• Integrated Safety & Electrical Interlocks: Designed with a centralized, independent electrical cabinet. For maximum operator safety, the machine features intelligent interlocks—for example, the main drive cannot be activated unless the hydraulic vise is fully clamped.
• Comprehensive Coolant & Chip Management: Comes standard with a centralized cooling pump (using saponified liquid) targeting the guide arms to prevent blade overheating. A passive wire-brush chip sweeper continuously cleans the blade teeth, improving surface finish and cutting efficiency.
