1. Heavy-Duty Vibration-Resistant Base
Welded from high-quality steel plates and treated with vibration aging, the base ensures minimal welding deformation and maximum structural stability. It supports the lifting cylinder and clamping vise, and features a built-in water tank for centralized cooling during the sawing process.

2. Variable Speed Main Drive System
The main transmission consists of a directly connected reducer and driving wheel, providing stable and impact-free power. Equipped with a specialized frequency converter, operators can easily adjust the cutting speed to meet the processing requirements of different metal materials.

3. Hydraulic Clamping Vise
The machine utilizes a robust hydraulic clamping system. Driven by a high-performance hydraulic cylinder, the jaws securely hold the workpiece, offering a maximum vise opening of 650mm for large-capacity cutting.

4. Stable Bow-Shaped Saw Frame
Constructed from premium steel plates with reinforced ribs and treated with vibration aging to eliminate stress, the bow-shaped saw frame guarantees long-term precision. It houses the driving wheel, tension wheel, and guide devices, operating in a smooth counterclockwise rotation.

5. Carbide Guiding Device
Featuring a movable guide arm (adjusted manually and locked via a dovetail device) and a guide seat, this system ensures blade stability. The top and sides of the guide seat are constructed with durable hard alloy, complemented by a pre-guide device to extend the service life of the saw blade.

6. -60° to +60° Flexible Rotation System
Powered by a hydraulic cylinder, rack, and driven large gear, the rotation system allows the entire saw frame to rotate smoothly from -60° to +60°. This design easily meets various angle sawing requirements while the workbench vise remains stationary, eliminating the need to move heavy workpieces.

7. Hydraulic Tensioning & Belt Breakage Protection
The band saw blade is securely tensioned using a manual hydraulic valve. For enhanced operational safety, a proximity switch is mounted on the back of the driven wheel. If the saw blade breaks, it instantly sends a signal to the frequency converter to stop the machine automatically.

8. Centralized Cooling System
To prevent blade overheating and maintain strict cutting accuracy, a centralized cooling pump delivers coolant directly to the cutting point at the movable guide arm, significantly prolonging the lifespan of your sawing tools.

9. Integrated Hydraulic Station
Safely installed inside the base, the comprehensive hydraulic system includes a dedicated oil tank, hydraulic motor, oil pump, speed regulating valve, multiple solenoid valves, and a manual control valve for reliable and consistent operation.

10. Interlocked Electrical Control System
Housed in a separate electrical control cabinet, the system prioritizes operator safety with built-in action interlocks. The main drive cannot start unless the vise is securely clamped, and the vise cannot be loosened while the machine is actively sawing.
