The MFG Machinery CK51125 is a heavy-duty, single-column CNC Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) engineered for the high-precision machining of massive disc sleeves, covers, flanges, and cylindrical components.

Built upon a vibration-absorbing, high-strength cast iron foundation with a symmetrical box-type structure, this full-function VTL is designed to carry tremendous torque for aggressive heavy cutting. Equipped with a liftable crossbeam, a highly rigid T-shaped ram, and a high-power AC spindle motor with a 2-speed gearbox, the CK51125 effortlessly executes complex inner/outer cylindrical turning, conical profiling, arc surfacing, and precision threading (Metric/Inch). Featuring fully enclosed guarding and a centralized control system, it delivers a clean, safe, and highly efficient manufacturing solution for the heavy equipment, aerospace, and energy sectors.

• High-Rigidity Symmetrical Box Structure: The base, column, and crossbeam are cast from premium high-strength iron. The symmetrical box-type architecture provides exceptional shock absorption and thermal stability, enabling the machine to withstand the immense forces generated during heavy, interrupted cutting without deformation.
• T-Shaped Ram for Deep Boring: The vertical ram utilizes an optimized T-shaped structural design. This significantly maximizes rigidity and minimizes deflection, ensuring outstanding accuracy and tight tolerances even when the ram is fully extended for deep hole boring or heavy facing.
• High-Torque 2-Speed Spindle Drive: Powered by a high-capacity AC spindle motor paired with a robust two-speed gearbox. This transmission setup delivers massive cutting torque at low speeds for heavy roughing, while maintaining smooth, stable rotation at high speeds for fine finishing operations.
• Anti-Stick-Slip Hardened Guideways: The large-span machine guideways are induction-hardened, precision-ground, and meticulously hand-scraped. They are lined with a high-performance PTFE (Turcite-B) anti-friction coating to completely eliminate stick-slip, providing extremely low sliding resistance and guaranteeing long-term precision retention.
• Programmable Liftable Crossbeam: To accommodate workpieces of varying heights, the heavy-duty crossbeam is driven by a precision gear reducer and leadscrew. It can be securely locked at any position along its vertical stroke, maximizing the rigidity of the cutting zone.
• 4-Station Electric Turret: Equipped with a high-speed, heavy-duty 4-station vertical electric tool post (turret). It delivers rapid tool indexing and immense clamping rigidity, significantly reducing non-cutting idle time.
• Advanced Thermal Management: The main drive system is equipped with a dedicated spindle oil cooler to ensure optimal lubrication and prevent thermal expansion during continuous operation. A separate, movable cooling water tank is provided for easy chip cleaning and fluid maintenance.
